Stop Waiting Weeks for a Simple Lamp
When an OEM spare part goes on backorder, your production line doesn’t just slow down—it stops. It’s frustrating. You’re staring at a dead machine while some factory halfway across the world tells you it’ll be six weeks before they can ship a replacement. We think that’s ridiculous. Instead of waiting, we just reverse-engineer your existing infrared lamps. We build you a drop-in replacement and get it to your door in about seven days.
Getting the Heat Right
Glass is finicky. If you don’t get the thermal gradients exactly right, you end up with internal tension or, worse, deformed glass. We use short-wave infrared tech because it punches through the surface of the glass quickly. By tweaking the wattage and voltage, we can dial in the heat density. Now, here’s a tip: if you go for higher wattage to speed up your throughput, just double-check your cooling fans. If the housing gets too hot, those sockets will melt, and you’re right back where you started.
Built for Your Machine, Not a Catalog
We don’t do “off-the-shelf.” That rarely works anyway. We build every lamp to fit your specific footprint. If you’re running a 400V high-voltage system, we pick a tungsten filament and quartz envelope that can actually handle the load without burning out a month later. Whether you use standard R7s or those specialized SK15 pins, we’ve got you covered. And for the tricky glass types, we can add selective coatings to the quartz. This pushes the energy exactly where it needs to go and stops you from wasting heat.
No Bracket Tweaking, No Hassle
The last thing you want to do is spend your weekend modifying machine brackets because a “custom” part is off by three millimeters. We measure everything—length, diameter, pin spacing—to the millimeter. It slides right in. The only catch? To hit that 7-day turnaround, we need the facts upfront. Send us your current voltage, wattage, and physical dimensions. Once we have that, we wind the filaments, seal the quartz, and ship it. You get the same thermal performance as the original brand, just without the six-week headache.
